The purpose of this giveaway, to be held on Mr. Blue Portugal’s Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/mrblueportugal/), is to promote the products marketed by Botão Azul SA.

The Mr. Blue 20 Years, 20 Gifts Giveaway will take place from 11:00 a.m. on October 20, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. on October 26, 2025 (Mainland Portugal time).

3.1. This giveaway is open to all users who access the Mr. Blue Portugal Instagram account.

3.2. Employees of Botão Azul SA or of any company directly associated with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

4.1. For participation to be valid, the participant must comply with all the rules of this giveaway, as outlined below.

4.2. Participation in the Mr. Blue 20 Years, 20 Gifts Giveaway consists of following the @mrblueportugal page and leaving a comment on the giveaway announcement post, tagging three friends.

4.3. By providing all the requested information in this giveaway, the participant fully and unreservedly agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the page’s rules.

4.4. The draw will be conducted using the link https://www.wask.co/.

4.5. The participant may edit their comment in order to modify it, and can do so until the giveaway closes.

4.6. The comment must be made exclusively on the giveaway post. Any participation submitted through other means will not be counted.

5.1. 20 prizes will be awarded, 1 per winner, distributed as follows:

• 2 Pullovers
• 2 Ties
• 2 Scarves
• 4 Keychains
• 4 Tote Bags

The prizes are selected by Mr. Blue and cannot be exchanged or altered.

5.2. The images used in the giveaway communication are for illustrative purposes only. The prizes may not exactly match the images shown.

5.3. The 20 winners will be randomly selected using a digital draw tool (https://www.wask.co/) from all valid entries. The winners will be announced in the stories of the @mrblueportugal page and contacted via private message to collect the necessary information for prize delivery.

5.4. In response to the private message sent by @mrblueportugal, the winners of the physical prizes (shirts, hoodies, pullovers, ties, scarves, keychains, and tote bags) must provide their full address for prize delivery.

5.5. Winners of the vouchers must provide a valid email address to receive the prize in digital format. If the information is not submitted within 10 business days after the winner announcement, the organizers reserve the right to award the prize to the next participant, considered as a substitute.

5.6. Botão Azul SA commits to contacting the winners via private Instagram message within 10 business days and to deliver the prizes within a maximum of 20 business days after the announcement of the winning entries.

6.1. Botão Azul SA reserves the right to suspend or modify these rules at any time, whenever deemed necessary. The rules can be consulted upon request via private message.

6.2. Participation in this giveaway implies the participants’ acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in these rules, as well as the authorization granted by each participant for the disclosure of their name if selected as a winner.

6.3. Any violation of these rules may lead Botão Azul SA to withhold the prize(s) from the offender.

6.4. The awarded prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.5. Botão Azul SA will not be responsible for the inability to participate in the giveaway due to network failures or errors, the impossibility or difficulty of accessing the giveaway application on Instagram, nor for its compatibility with operating systems, software used to access the Internet, device settings, and/or the participants’ or users’ Internet access capabilities.

6.6. Botão Azul SA cannot be held responsible for any interruption of the giveaway due to technical issues or problems beyond its control.

6.7. The rules set forth in these regulations are intended to govern the relationship between Botão Azul SA and the participants in this giveaway, without prejudice to Instagram’s own rules, namely its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which participants are required to be familiar with and are available on any Instagram page.
