Your Mr. Blue account
At Mr.Blue you can make purchases as a registered customer or guest.
When you register on our website, your data will be saved, as well as your purchases from both our online and physical stores, as long as you have an associated profile and belong to our Blue For You Club. You can access this information in the customer area.
If you make the purchase as a guest, all information will be sent by email.
Can I request a gift voucher?
No receipts are issued without a price. In the case of an offer where you wish to exchange your items, you only need to indicate your order number at one of the Mr. Blue physical stores.
Note: We only provide wrapping during specific periods (Christmas, Father's Day and other special dates).
How can I request an invoice for my order?
You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or company. To do this, add your tax number and all billing details during the payment phase, in the Billing Address field.
The invoice is sent at the time the order is shipped.
Shipping
You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control. During promotional periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sales, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Delivery methods include: collection in store, address and collection point.
What are the shipping types, costs and delivery times?
In-store delivery:
- Time: 3 working days.
- Cost: Free
You have 15 days to collect your order.
Delivery to destination:
- Time: 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping to Portugal and Spain costs €5 for orders up to €68.99. For orders worth €69 or more, shipping is free.
- Shipping to Islands and other countries, for orders up to €78.99, costs €20. For orders with a value equal to or greater than €79, shipping is free.
We ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs depend on your location and are applied at checkout.
For countries outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply and are to be paid by the recipient. Customs policies and import taxes vary by country.
Delivery to a pickup point/locker:
- Pickup point : You have 10 working days to collect your order.
- Locker: You have 3 days to collect your order.
To collect the item, you must use the code sent by the carrier via SMS/Email.
Where is my order?
When the carrier collects your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with the shipping number and a link where you can track your order.
If you choose the in-store collection method, when your order is ready for collection, the store you selected will send you an SMS.
Can I change the delivery address?
After completing your purchase, it is not possible to change your order details.
However, we can make this change if the order has not yet started to be prepared in our warehouse. Once the order is ready to be shipped and in the possession of the carrier, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
To check the status of your order, access your account and click on "Orders". If your order has not yet been processed and you wish to change the delivery destination, contact our customer service via chat or send an email to customer.service@mr-blue.com, indicating: name, order number, order date and new address
Can I change the size of an article?

Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been completed, it is not possible to cancel it. In this case, you can wait for the order to be delivered and then return it.
We can only cancel the order if it has not yet started to be prepared in our warehouse. Once the order is ready to be shipped and in the possession of the carrier, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click on "Orders". If your order has not yet been processed and you wish to cancel it, please contact our customer service via chat or send an email to customer.service@mr-blue.com, indicating: name, order number, order date and new address.
I haven't received my order. What can I do?
If the delivery deadline has been exceeded and you have not yet received your order, please contact Customer Service via our chat or send an email to customer.service@mr-blue.com, indicating: name, order number and date of order.
Note: Always check your email inbox to see if information about your order has been sent.
Exchanges and returns
Can I change the size of an article?
Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
When you receive your order, you can exchange sizes at a Mr. Blue store or return it and place a new order with the desired item/size.
You can exchange an item purchased in our online store only in one of our physical Mr. Blue stores, within 90 days of placing your order.
Outlet items can only be exchanged in outlet stores, as in collection stores, they can only be returned.
What is the deadline for making an online return?
You may exchange and/or return your item(s) within 90 days of placing your order.
The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use and correctly labeled.
Mr.Blue reserves the right to refuse exchanges and/or returns after the deadline, if the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or do not comply with our return conditions.
Note: For hygiene reasons, exchanges and/or returns of underwear or used items are not accepted.
How can I make a return?
You can exchange/return your order at one of our physical stores or send it to our central warehouse.
The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use and correctly labeled.
Mr. Blue Stores
- Cost: free.
You will need to present the invoice that was sent to you by email at the time of shipment (check your inbox/spam).
Refunds can be processed:
- Using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. In this case, the store will keep your items, register the return and it will be processed within a maximum period of 14 working days.
- Through an exchange voucher, which can be used on a future purchase in a physical or online store, within 180 days. To use the voucher online, you must have a Club Blue for You customer profile with an associated email address.
Note: The choice of return type is made by the customer at the time of return.
Central warehouse
- Cost: borne by the customer.
The item must be sent together with the original invoice to the following address:

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum period of 14 working days, after receipt of the items.
Note: Shipping costs are borne by the customer and any loss of the order is their responsibility.
We also inform you that shipments to our warehouse result in returns, as exchanges are not possible.
When I receive a return voucher
Exclusive in-store returns
When making an online return in store, you can choose to receive a refund for your item using a return voucher to use towards a new purchase, valid for 180 days.
Note : This voucher can be used in the online store, as long as you have a Club Blue for You customer profile with an associated email address, or in physical stores. You must keep the voucher in legible condition as we cannot reissue it.
Campaigns and promotional codes
Current campaigns
Mr. Blue announces campaigns on the website where the promotional price is displayed in red next to the product. In these cases, the system automatically applies the discount to the shopping cart whenever the conditions are met.

How to purchase with a promotional code or gift voucher?
If you have a promotional code/gift voucher, you can use it before finalizing your order in the “discount code” field, enter the respective code and then click “apply”.
If the promotional code is not valid, contact customer support via our chat to confirm its conditions and validity.
In case of return or exchange, the value of the promotional code will not be refunded.
The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash.
Additional coupons/discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and Outlet items.

Payment methods: Amex®, Visa®, Mastercad® Amazon®, Paypal®, Klarna®, MBway®, MBanco®, GooglePay®, ShopPay® and ApplePay®
Note: Payments made using MBway® have a 5-minute deadline to complete the purchase, while purchases made using MultiBanco® Reference have a 24-hour deadline. In both cases, you will receive an email from SIBS with the payment details.

How to use the gift card?
The Mr.Blue Gift Card is a single- use virtual card and is valid for 6 months. This card can be used online and in physical Mr. Blue stores.
How to offer:
1. Choose the amount you want to offer
2. “Add to cart” and make payment using the available payment methods.
How to use
The amount on your card is shown in the email you received with it and is for single use only.
You can use it before finalizing your order in the “discount code” field and enter the code sent by email and then click “apply”.
If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can combine it with any other payment method.
*Note: This item cannot be returned.
Blue For You Club
The Mr. Blue Benefits Club allows you to accumulate and redeem Blue Coins through your purchases and interactions with the brand.
How can you earn Blue Coins?
There are several situations in which you can earn and accumulate Blue Coins:
1. By joining Blue For You (+5 Blue Coins)
2. When making purchases at Mr. Blue (€1 = 5 Blue Coins)
3. As a gift on your birthday (+1000 Blue Coins)
4. By adding your personal data (+10 Blue Coins)
5. In store with your personal code (+5 Blue Coins)
When can you spend your Blue Coins?
On any purchase without promotions/discounts greater than 50% of the initial RRP of the receipt.
Where can you spend your Blue Coins?
The use of Blue Coins is valid in all Mr.Blue stores - physical stores in Portugal and Spain, including Outlets and online store.
In the online store, points will only be available after the first online purchase made.
Accumulated discounts will be available within 2 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
How are points returned?
If you have made a full or partial return of a purchase, the Blue Coins will be returned within 14 working days.
If you have made an online purchase with payment by Multibanco or MBWay, but the payment was not made within the deadline, the Blue Coins will be available again in your account within 48 hours.
What is the validity of Blue Coins?
All Blue Coins are valid for 1 year, except for the 1000 Blue Coins received on your birthday, which are valid for 15 days.
How can I cancel my club membership?
Your membership can be cancelled directly in the Customer Area at mrblue.pt or by requesting cancellation in store.
Instructions for using Blue coins on the website
1. For any purchase without promotions/discounts greater than 50% of the initial RRP of the receipt. Choose the option: "I would like to use your BlueCoins" which is located below the payment button.
2. Choose the amount (up to a maximum of 50% of the order) and proceed to checkout.
3. If you have no balance, the following message will appear: "You do not have any available BlueCoins balance in your account!"
Note: In the online store, points will only be available after the first online purchase made.
