Your Mr. Blue account

At Mr.Blue, you can make purchases as a registered customer or as an invited guest.

By registering on our website, your data will be saved, as well as your purchases from both our online and physical stores, if you have an associated registration and belong to our Club Blue For You. You can access this information in the customer area.

If you make the purchase as a guest, all information will be sent by email.

Gift Voucher

We do not issue gift receipts for online orders. To gift your items, the recipient only needs to present the order number and invoice at one of our physical stores to exchange the item, if necessary.

Invoice with VAT Number

To obtain an invoice with VAT number, be sure to fill in the 'VAT' field with your information or your company's information when finalizing your purchase. Remember that billing information must be entered before completing the payment.

The invoice is sent at the time of order dispatch to the email address noreply@info.mr-blue.com.

Shipping

You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

During promotional periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Delivery methods include: in-store pickup, address delivery, and collection point.

In-store pickup:

  • Estimated time: 3 business days.
  • Cost: Free

You have 15 business days to pick up your order.

To arrange collection, simply present the order confirmation email or the order number.

Delivery to destination:

  • Mainland Portugal : 2 to 3 business days;
  • Portugal Islands : 5 to 6 business days;
  • Spain, France, Germany, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Monaco, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Corsica : 2 to 4 business days;
  • Italy : 3 to 5 business days;
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Greece: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Lithuania, Croatia, Latvia and Bulgaria: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Estonia: 6 to 10 business days.

Shipping to Portugal and Spain costs €5 for orders up to €68.99. For orders of €69 or more, shipping is free.

Shipping to the Portuguese and Balearic Islands costs €15 for orders up to €78.99. For orders of €79 or more, shipping is free.

For Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium, shipping costs €17 on orders up to €78.99. For orders of €79 or more, shipping is free.

For other EU countries, shipping costs €17 on orders up to €88.99. For orders of €89 or more, shipping is free.

For the United Kingdom, shipping costs €25 on orders up to €98.99. For orders of €99 or more, shipping is free.

For countries outside the EU, additional customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import taxes vary by country.

Delivery to a pickup/locker point:

  • Pickup point : You have 10 business days to pick up your order.
  • Locker: You have 3 days to pick up your package.

To arrange collection, you must use the code sent by the carrier via SMS/Email.

Shipment tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email address upon shipment. For orders with in-store pickup, please check the delivery status on the carrier's website to confirm that it is available for pickup.

Changes to the delivery address or location.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change to the delivery address or the selected store. Please note that once the goods have left our warehouse (shipping), it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the destination.

How to proceed:

Check the status of your order in your customer area, under the "Orders" section.

If your order has not yet been processed and you wish to change the delivery location, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via our Chat or email customer.service@mr-blue.com.

We ask that you always provide the following information:

Full name;

Order number;

Order date;

New address or desired new delivery store.

Changes to the size or color of the item.

Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to make changes to your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation by sending an email to customer.service@mr-blue.com or through our chat.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. You can request cancellation by emailing customer.service@mr-blue.com or through our chat.

To check the status of your order, access your account and click on "Orders".

I did not receive my order.

If the delivery deadline has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact customer service via our chat or send an email to customer.service@mr-blue.com, including your name, order number, and order date.

Note: Always check your email inbox to see if you have received any information about your order.

Exchanges and returns

Return/exchange policies for online orders

You can exchange and/or return your item(s) within 90 days of placing your order.

The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, showing no signs of use and correctly labeled.

Mr.Blue reserves the right to refuse exchanges and/or returns outside of the established timeframe or if the items are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Note: For hygiene reasons, exchanges and/or returns of underwear or used items are not accepted.

Online return procedure

You can return your order at one of our physical stores, or send it to our central warehouse.

The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, showing no signs of use and correctly labeled.

Mr. Blue Stores

Cost: Free.
You will need to present the invoice that was sent to you by email at the time of shipment (check your inbox/spam folder).

The refund can be processed:

Using the same payment method used for the purchase. In this case, the store will keep your items, register the return, and it will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
Through a voucher, which you can redeem on a future purchase in a physical or online store, within a period of 365 days. To redeem online, you need to be a registered customer in Club Blue for You with a linked email address.
Note: The customer chooses the type of return at the time of the return.

Central warehouse

Cost: borne by the customer.
The item must be sent along with the original invoice to the following address:

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 business days after we receive the items.

Note: Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and any loss of the order is also their responsibility.

We also inform you that shipments to our warehouse result in returns, as exchanges are not possible.

Online exchange procedure

You can exchange your items free of charge at any Mr. Blue physical store. The items must have the original tag and show no signs of use.

To complete the process, simply present the purchase receipt you received in your email. Important note: if the items are from the Outlet, the exchange must be carried out at one of our Outlet locations (Strada, Freeport or Vila do Conde Outlet).

Issuance of a refund voucher

For in-store returns only.

When making an online return at a physical store, you can choose to receive a refund for your item via a return voucher to use on a new purchase, valid for 365 days.

Note: This voucher can be used in the online store, provided you have a customer account in Club Blue for You with an associated email address, or in physical stores. Keep the voucher legible as we cannot reissue it. If you wish to use it in our online store, you will need to send an email with the voucher number and a photo of the voucher to our email address: customer.service@mr-blue.com

Campaigns and promotional codes

Mr. Blue announces campaigns on the website where the promotional price is shown in red next to the product. In these cases, the system automatically applies the discount in the shopping cart whenever the conditions are met.

How do I buy using a promotional code or gift voucher?

If you have a promotional code/gift voucher, you can use it before finalizing your order in the "discount code" field, enter the code, and then click "apply".

If the promotional code is not valid, please contact our Customer Service department via chat or email at customer.service@mr-blue.com to confirm its terms and validity.

In case of return or exchange, the promotional code value will not be refunded.

The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash.

Additional coupons/discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and Outlet items.

Payment methods

Available payment methods

We accept the main international and national payment methods: Amex®, Visa®, Mastercard®, Paypal®, Klarna®, MBWay®, Multibanco®, GooglePay®, ShopPay® and ApplePay®, in addition to Gift Cards.

Please note that payments made via MBWay® expire after 5 minutes and Multibanco® References after 24 hours. Our team does not have access to your payment details, as these are processed externally and automatically. You should check your payment details in the email sent by SIBS or directly on the payment confirmation screen.

How to use the gift card?

The Mr.Blue Gift Card is a single-use virtual card valid for 12 months. This card can be used online and in Mr. Blue physical stores.

How to offer it:

1. Choose the amount you wish to offer from the available options.

2. “Add to cart” and complete the payment using the available payment methods.

How to use

The balance on your card is displayed in the email you received with it and is for one-time use only.

You can use it before finalizing your order in the "discount code" field by entering the code sent by email and then clicking "apply".

If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can combine it with any other payment method.

Blue For You Club

The Mr. Blue Rewards Club allows you to accumulate and redeem Blue Coins through your purchases and interactions with the brand.

How can you earn Blue Coins?

There are several situations in which you can earn and accumulate Blue Coins:

1. When joining Blue For You (+5 Blue Coins)

2. When shopping at Mr. Blue (1€ = 5 Blue Coins)

3. As a gift for your birthday (+1000 Blue Coins) (physical store exclusive)

4. By adding your personal data (+10 Blue Coins)

5. In the store with your personal code (+5 Blue Coins)

When can you spend your Blue Coins?

For any purchase without promotions/discounts exceeding 50% of the initial retail price on the receipt.

Apens can use their Blue Coins for purchases with a subtotal greater than €1.

Where can you spend your Blue Coins?

The use of Blue Coins is valid in all Mr.Blue stores - physical stores in Portugal and Spain, including Outlets and the online store.

In the online store, points will only be available after the first online purchase is made.

Accumulated discounts will be available within a period of up to 2 hours after purchase, unless otherwise indicated.

How are points returned?

If you have returned all or part of a purchase, the Blue Coins refund will be processed within 14 business days.

If you made an online purchase using Multibanco or MBWay payment, but the payment was not completed within the deadline, the Blue Coins will be available again in your account within 48 hours.

What is the expiration date of Blue Coins?

All Blue Coins are valid for 1 year, except for the 1000 Blue Coins received on your birthday, which are valid for 3 months.

How can you cancel your club membership?

To cancel your membership, you can send an email to customer.service@mr-blue.com or request cancellation in-store.

Instructions for using Blue coins on the website

1. For any purchase without promotions/discounts exceeding 50% of the initial retail price on the receipt, select the option: "Would you like to use your BlueCoins?" located below the payment button.

2. Choose the amount (up to a maximum of 50% of the order) and proceed to checkout.

3. If you have no balance, the following message will appear: "You have no available BlueCoins balance in your account!"

Note: In the online store, points will only be available after the first online purchase.
