This document is subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the agreement established between both parties (customer and the entity responsible for the website).

Introduction

Any and all orders placed with Mr.Blue through the online store shall be governed by these Purchase Conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these purchase conditions.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By using the Mr.Blue website, you accept and agree to belong to the database, thereby becoming bound by it. All data obtained through customer registration will be automatically processed for the management of direct marketing actions by Mr.Blue, with the customer's due consent. Mr.Blue reserves the right to modify these purchase conditions at any time. Whenever changes to the purchase conditions are necessary, they will be published on this site, and we will notify you with appropriate notice.

Confidentiality

Mr. Blue commits to complying with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to keep them confidential, and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the current state of technology at all times.

In any case, we remind you that whenever personal information is provided online, there are risks beyond our control; bear in mind that in many cases, the security of your data depends on how you use the Internet. It is important that you are aware of the need to use secure passwords and not to share your account details with friends or third parties.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be governed by Portuguese legislation and shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Lisbon.

Product Availability

Any order for products is subject to their availability.

Order Refusal

Mr.Blue reserves the right to, at any time, withdraw any products listed on this website, or to modify or remove any materials or content from this website. Notwithstanding Mr.Blue's efforts to process all orders in principle, exceptional circumstances may arise that lead to the refusal to process and accept an order, even after an Order Receipt Confirmation has been sent.

Mr.Blue will not be liable to the customer or any third party for removing any product, for modifying or removing any materials or content from this website, or for refusing to complete the processing or accept any order that has been subject to the sending of an Order Receipt Confirmation.

Delivery

Mr.Blue will make its best efforts to ensure that, except in the event of exceptional circumstances, the products listed in a Shipping Confirmation are delivered within the specified timeframes. If, for any reason, Mr. Blue is unable to deliver within the timeframe given, the customer will be informed and given the option to maintain the order or to cancel it in exchange for a full refund.

The customer should take into account that Mr.Blue does not make deliveries on weekends or holidays. For all intents and purposes, an order delivery is considered "delivered" upon the proper signing of the delivery note at the address provided by the customer. For orders placed after December 18, 2024, we do not guarantee delivery by Christmas (December 25, 2024).

Impossibility of Delivery

If Mr.Blue is unable to complete the delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made after scheduling an appointment with the customer.

Value Added Tax

In accordance with current rules and regulations, all purchases made on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

Payment

Mr.Blue invoices are always sent together with the order, this being the valid document as a receipt. Payment is made upon validation of the order; if this does not occur, the order is not considered valid.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You may return Mr. Blue items under the following conditions: You have 90 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return, provided it is in perfect condition, the item(s) have not been used, and it is accompanied by the proof of purchase document. Returns of underwear or used items are not accepted. Purchases made in November will have an extended return period, allowing returns until December 31.

You can make the return in the following ways:

  • Going to one of our Mr. Blue stores (Free) with the original invoice. The refund for the value of the items will be made through an exchange voucher to be used on a new purchase (you will have 180 days to do so). This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.

  • Sending to the Central Warehouse (Cost borne by the customer) – Centro Logístico da Maia 2 – CLM2. Rua Eng Antonio Ricca Gonçalves nº307 Z. I. da Maia I – setor VIII 4475-298 Gemunde Maia – in the original packaging, the item(s) with the respective original invoice. You must initiate the return process on the online website through your personal area. Open the order you wish to return (partially or fully) and start the return process, following the indicated steps. The value of the order will be refunded to you by the same payment method.

Exchanges or returns of Outlet items can only be made at our Outlet stores: Freeport, Strada, Vila do Conde, or by proceeding with a return to the central warehouse.

To exercise this right of contract withdrawal, the Customer may fill out the following Model withdrawal form, or do so through any other unequivocal statement to that effect.

Only returns of items that are without any trace of use/alteration/washing, in perfect condition, and with the original tags (price or others) are accepted. Lastly, we warn that to return the products, the Customer must use the original packaging and pack them properly.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

We will refund you the value of the returned items no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order, and you will not incur any additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or until you supply evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest. The Customer will have to bear the cost of returning the items if they do not choose the in-store delivery method.

Exchange

The customer may exchange the product within a period of 90 days after receiving it at our stores, and can exchange it for size, color, or even for another product.
